Our Russian collection includes masterpieces of the national school of XIXth and XXth centuries by such artists as Ilya Repin, Konstantin Korovin, Ivan Aivazovsky, Filipp Malyavin, Boris Grigoriev, Abram Arkhipov, Stanislav Zhukovsky, Nikolai Feshin, Vasili Polenov, Konstantin Makovsky and many others.

A large part of our effort is dedicated to Russian émigré artists who left the country after the Revolution of 1917. One of the best examples of our activity in this field is linked to the artistic legacy of Stepan F. Kolesnikov - one of the best pupils of Ilya Repin and a renowned Russian artist who immigrated to Yugoslavia in the 1920s.
